Associate Attorney

We are seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to join our team, focusing primarily on family and probate law. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with seasoned attorneys on a range of family law and probate matters—ultimately developing his or her own flourishing practice. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive attitude, exceptional legal acumen, and a commitment to achieving positive outcomes for our clients.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in Michigan

• Strong expertise in law, with a focus on Family Law and Probate matters

• Experience providing legal advice and guiding clients through legal processes

• Proficiency in conducting thorough legal research and preparing legal documentation

• Excellent legal writing skills

• Negotiation skills to effectively advocate for clients' interests

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines

• A proven commitment to professionalism, integrity, and high ethical standards.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.

• 1+ years of work experience with Family Law

• 1+ years of work experience with Probate
